Pfizer US Graduate Summer Associate Program
Every summer in the US, Pfizer recruits first year MBA students from top ranked Campuses across the country to participate in a paid 10-12 week internship program, beginning in May / June and ending in August / September. The students can be placed in Brand Marketing (Consumer Healthcare), Business Development, Corporate Audit, Corporate Finance, Global Procurement & Operations, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Pfizer Animal Health.
Our goal is to develop a diverse pipeline of talent and expose this pipeline to multiple functions across the business, thereby growing and nurturing future Pfizer leaders.
Program Snapshot:
• Hands-On project work for 10 – 12 weeks across multiple Pfizer locations
• Visit to Pfizer facilities
• Information sessions with leaders and colleagues across divisions
• Philanthropic event participation opportunities
• Social and professional networking activities
• Mid and end-of-summer performance evaluations
• Formal project presentation session
• Rotational program and direct hire offers extended based on multi source feedback and performance evaluations (See "Rotational Program" Tab for more details)
• All of our sites have state of the art modern facilities, which include (depending on location), cafeteria, coffee shop, gym, parking and shuttle service where applicable.
