Marketing & Finance Rotational Program

The Pharmaceutical Marketing and Corporate Finance Rotational Programs place high-performing MBA graduates who previously interned at Pfizer as Summer Associates into full-time positions across the business. These colleagues spend two years completing four six-month rotations within different areas of the business.

By rotating through the business across distinct roles and projects, these colleagues quickly establish a broad foundation in pharmaceutical marketing capabilities that puts them in a position to be valued future managers and leaders at Pfizer,”  says Andy Schmeltz, U.S. Oncology President and Executive Sponsor of the program. .  “It’s a win-win for the business and for everyone involved.”

The Rotational program allows us to experience many sides of the business and there are fantastic and diverse opportunities to learn.” - Sarah Rubenstein, Marketing Rotational Colleague

Rotationals and Interns do not just sit on the sidelines; we are fully engaged in our assignments and given the leverage to contribute to our groups.” – Ian Buggs, Finance Rotational Colleague
